Q. Does my pet need to meet any requirement?

A. Yes. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of current vaccinations including bordetella
  • Flea prevention program from May to November
  • With the exception of puppies, no female dogs in heat will be walked in a group. You can schedule a private walk for your dog until her heat has passed.

Q. How much notice do I need to give to add or cancel a walk?

A. You can book a walk at any time during operating hours, as long as we can allocate time for your dog, we will. Our cancellations policy requires 12 hours notice. Please remember that if we show up and your dog's not there, you will be charged for the walk!

Q. Do I leave you my house key/passcard?

A. You can either provide a copy of your house key/passcard to us, or leave it in a secret location to be picked up. For security purposes, we code each key and do not have clients’ addresses stored near or attached to the keys.

Q. Do you provide treats?

A. Yes, we provide treats for your dog.

Q. How do you clean up after my dog?

A. We use degradable poop bags to keep the environment clean and abide all city by-laws.

Q. How do you accept payment?

A.We take cash and personal cheques. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time. Please refer to rates for daily, weekly, and monthly payment packages and benefits.
